Process
We will have a video call to discuss your ideas and look at your existing spaces, and then we will produce all the initial drawings.
We explore layout, form, and orientation, developing sketches, plans, and 3D models with your feedback along the way.
Stage 3: Planning Application
The design is finalised, drawings and a Design & Access Statement are prepared, and we submit the planning application.
