Process
Stage 1: Brief
We will have a video call to discuss your ideas and look at your existing spaces, then we will produce the as-existing drawings.

Stage 2: Concept Design
We explore various factors including context, layout, form, light, and materiality; developing sketches, plans, and 3D models with your feedback along the way.

Stage 3: Planning Application
The design is finalised, a full drawing package and Design & Access Statement are prepared, and we submit the planning application.
