Woodlands Park

Woodlands Park features a spacious, modern extension that extends from the rear of the client’s family home. The brief was to increase the internal floor area whilst improving the connection between indoors and outdoors.

The proposed extension accommodates an open-plan kitchen-dining area and a covered terrace that extends out into the garden. It also houses a new primary bedroom with a dressing room and ensuite.

A low, rectilinear form with tall ceilings and ample glazing was designed which contrasts with the existing home, establishing a generous and bright, new space to enjoy.
