Suva

Suva is a contemporary home perched on the east cliffs of Porthtowan, Cornwall. This residence features an upside-down layout, with the entrance, bathroom, utility room, and bedrooms on the ground floor, while the first floor boasts an open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area with large glazed doors and a balcony.

The ground floor is clad in locally sourced Cornish stone, creating a robust plinth contrasting with the lighter timber-clad upper level. Generous glazing to the north and west invites stunning views of Porthtowan beach and captures the warm glow of the evening sun.
